Marvaughn received her Associates of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College. Her capacity is as a paralegal for personal injury law firms, where she advocates on behalf of clients suffering from traumatic life altering events. Continuing her work to help others, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Human Services from Indian River State College. While pursuing a bachelor's degree she interned at a substance abuse treatment center where she began facilitating group sessions. She has experience in individual counseling and psychoeducational group counseling, life skills training and coping skills training using CBT and DBT. Currently, Marvaughn is pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. Also, Ms. McCray serves on the advisory board of Helping Hands Community of the Treasure Coast, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to volunteerism in the community.
